Felix Fera plumber Anthony James is very rude and unprofessional. When he arrived to an upscale resort (name not mention on purpose) he is always impolite, speaking about non work related matters. Due to his lack of customer service skills I will NEVER recommend Felix Fera to anyone. Management need to take reviews and complaints serious because the whole company will crash if nothing is done!!!!!!!!!!!!
