The Voss Hyundai Dealership and Service Center is sparkling clean, so I was glad to bring my car here when traveling. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and to check a slow leak in my front passenger tire. I bring the car in and about 45 or so minutes later it is finished. I leave and about 30 minutes decide to look at the front passenger tire, ensuring rotation. To my chagrin the passenger tire was not rotated - was the other side? Because of the slow leak, I noticed a distinct mark on the front tire that is not on any of the other tires. So, I brought the car back for the rotation. I would expect a refund for the tire rotation, seeing how they didn't do the work, but none was offered. They quickly rotated the tire and sent me on my way. Yet, 2 days later, the car is indicating that the rear passenger tire is low. In other words, they didn't fix the slow leak - did they look for an answer? They told me it was due to a bolt (or something like that) when asked about after the original service and told no charge. Yet, why is the system indicating air is low? If they didn't rotate the tire, which the technician claimed he forgot to do because he had to help someone else, did they look into this issue? Who knows? In all, I would find it difficult to bring my car back to this dealer for service. I don't believe I received the services I paid for.
