Unprofessional and returned vehicle in worse condition. \r \r I brought my car in December 2011 to have it repaired. They did the repair but returned it with other broken parts that affected my power brakes. Instead of telling me about the problem, they tried to fix it with glue and left a hose clamp sitting on my battery. The glue failed and I had no power brakes. The second problem was that they improperly reinstalled my transmission linkage clip and left me stranded. I called the manager to make an appt to talk to him. I came in when he said he would be there and of course was told he left for the day. They did pay me back for the part I had to order and fix myself and offered me a $50 gift card for their hack job. I wanted a refund for the 'labor' and they said they can't do that. I paid a premium for something I could have done for half the price! If you're looking for unprofessional service and don't care how your car comes back then go here. I am telling everyone about
