I am an engineer so I am used to accurate drawings for doing anything. They came first time and measured countertop but when I reviewed the drawings they were off by an amount that would have left a 1/4 inch gap such that the corner of the base cabinet would be seen off the end. They came a second time this time with lasar. The drawings produced were very accurate but the shop guy did not follow it so I refused to accept it and had them take the granite top off and redo. they re did a new top and again did not follow the drawings to the letter ( they did not even get the 90 degree corner right which throws off all the other dimensions ) now I got another gap along the wall that I will have to cover. also worse then any thing they used 2x4 wood to support the undermount sink !...you hear that right folks 2x 4 wood ...said the brass bracket would not fit. that's because they measured the sink location wrong too. I assume the whole thing will probably have to be done over in a few years when the sink drops out ( like I saw on a previous post here )... also scratches on the granite silestone top which I will have to polish out. and I wanted flush mount to sink but they got that wrong too.. please do yourself a favor and avoid these guys..oh and I forgot they were rude and most of the time spoke in some other language I don't understand and I hate that as a consumer because I don't know what they are saying which is a real turn off for me.
