Mike is great. He is honest and really looks out for his customer. We had two cars serviced, a Lancer and an Altima. Altima's oil change was done without an appointment and within 20 minutes. Lancer's service was done in less than a day including new tires and some major brake/tire rod work (even washed exterior and vacuumed interior free!). Mike was straightforward and explained every step in the process in detail. He was genuine and recommended his best opinion on the estimate; suggesting what could be left out for the time being and what should be done immediately. Something dealerships never do! It's always a "must" for them. Not for Mike. Fairly priced (called a few other places in the area for Lancer) and superb customer service. Sad they have moved from right down the street from us in Martinsville, but the extra drive is well worth it. My whole family uses these guys. Will continue recommending to all! Thanks again guys--keep up the great work! Fantastic, earnest business here.
