Review content:
We have used Horizon before for work on a rental property - so we called them recently when our new tenant was having a problem with her heat. I gave them verbal approval to complete the work and then later found out they charged us over $450 for a replacement thermostat that costs less than $60 at home depot (they charged $456 just for the part). I couldn't believe it! I wrote them - very disappointed - and never heard back. I feel really swindled. I will never use them again.
