Please BEWARE! Please do not let nice kind sweet talking influence your decisions. Please do NOT pay any contractor a draw prior to completed services and do not sign over any checks written to you and the contractor until you have verified all work has been completed and inspected. Please monitor all work and activity and keep a daily journal. You will need it later. Please document all hours worked and by whom. When you get that feeling that something isn't right, trust the feeling. Document all things that cause a concern. Thank GOD I did. Please stay in touch with your insurance adjustors and make sure to take detailed pictures, videos, and keep copies of all correspondence such as text messages, emails, etc. Luckily I have over 6000 pictures, videos, text messages, and emails to support my situation along with documentation from others that have used this company and documentation from the local permit office to cause alarm. Please BEWARE!
