Businiess name:  Alpha Windows & Siding

Review content:
i paid Alpha $37,000 to re side my home. I was told they will fix anything wrong and gave me a 10 year warranty. Then they hired a sub contractor sent him to do the work and NEVER EVER came to supervise, plan, or inspect. At the end i was very unhappy with how awful the main entrance wall looked. Warranty? NOPE! The owner told me the house looks beautiful and implied ( and posted online to a review) that it was " unfortunate that she is as she is!" My personality should have nothing to do with their warranty. I have to hire another company to inspect the entire job, fix any problems and redo the entrance side of the home with the proper materials ( they should have used 20' panels they told me didn't exist.) Then i have to take them to court to get reimbursed for doing the job they were paid for in full. I guess if everything goes well with this company you might be ok, but if any problems you are on your own. There is no warranty if they won't honor it.
