I had to call Doc's appliance, (again, as I used them 18 months ago) when I did a load of laundry on Sunday evening and after agitating the clothes, it wouldn't let the water out. So I called on Monday, and 'Matt' came out about an hour and a half later, very nice, professional, friendly, explained what the problem was and then he observed another problem with the agitator, it was going back and forth, stated it should only go in one direction to really move the clothes around. He didn't pressure me to have this fixed and that's probably one reason I also had him fix that too. So glad he paid attention and solved another problem at the same time. Many places will put blinders on, fix the original complaint and not care that there may be another even more important issue looming. Thanks Doc's, my dad may not be here anymore, but I have the next best thing, a company that does quality work, quickly addresses the problem, and stands behind it.
