Review content:
First and foremost, I love the office staff at Van Nuys- always so cheery, and friendly on the phone, ready to help, and go out of their way to really make you feel they're doing everything in their power to make sure you're taken care of. I also love our technician- professional, punctual, and he's always willing to do whatever it takes to please the customers.
The only thing I would make a comment on is I'm not completely convinced of the strength of products they use. It seems like they only have a 1 or 2 kinds of treatment available, and we're having a lot of repeat visits, even after a spraying.
If the staff / technicians were any less nicer, I probably would've taken my business somewhere else by now.
