Review content:
On Multiple occasions we had our garbage set out either the night before pickup or at 6:30 AM and they did not pick it up. When we call to let them know, the Owner Tammie accuses us of being dishonest after making excuses for her driver and refuses to provide the service they are paid for! This is extremely unprofessional and unethical!! I guess you have to photograph your garbage with a text message and send it to her weekly so that she can see that the issue lies with her dishonest driver and her serious lack of customer service skills
