I've contracted the Maid Brigade for well over six months now and I am beyond pleased with the service they've provided.
The cleaning crews come in with a great attitude and are always diligent in cleaning every area specified in my agreement, from ceiling fans to balcony.
Management is incredibly responsive and flexible if I request a schedule change or additional services.
This is a professionally run service company and the quality shows from the management and ownership levels down to the newest employee on the cleaning staff.
I highly recommend Maid Brigade of South Bay.
And as an addendum - while tips are not expected by the cleaning staff, I always take care of these hard-working and wonderful individuals. A small sacrifice from me goes a long way for them.
