It was a bad experience and I wish that I had just leased my vehicle from the irvine location. Please stop contacting me by email and trying to sell me the maintenance contract - i wont be back. i really did not appreciate being brought in on a price that undercut the other dealership just to be told later that it didnt include tax - i didnt appreciate being told that my lease came with maintenance only to hear after the sale that it was in fact only oil changes and then have to sit thru the maintenance demo. then, i realized i left my metro express lanes transponder in my trade in - no answer back from the guy who sold me the car so i left you a bad yelp review. then he responded and this is what he sent me below. i'm thinking about posting it on yelp as well but not sure i want to get murdered in my sleep. this is what passes for service at subaru of south coast! you got my money and there you go. but you wont have my business.

First, I'm not that kind person like in your email. You trade in your car more than 10 days already and it's gone more than a week, I don't even know you left something in the car untill this second. Don't do something in written that you think or you guess that I did. Don't leave the evidance that makes me sue you for libel. Second you really need to know who lie to you. Since the new finance guy wants to sell you the maintenance, that's why he said oil change only. I never lie. I did send you a follow up email with the explaination of the maintanance. Later, you will receive a official latter form subaru. Then you will know who is the lier. We get paid hourly, no commission untill 9/16/15. And that day is my day off, that means I don't get paid for selling you a car. I drive from West Covina to Costa Mesa to help you get a car. I'm so sad that did 100% to help you, but the reality is like this. I don't want say anything now.

You have 2 times free miner maintainance which includes oil change, oil filter, drain gasket, and tire rotation. Also, 2 times intermediete maintainance which includes oil change, oil filter, drain gasket, tire rotation, and A/C filter.
