Worst experience ever....... Orland park il location needs to learn what MOODS mean when it comes to pictures, total rudeness since we got there from the manager , for some reason she chose to be rude to my wife and I, I was so friendly and I kept calm, because being pissed off won't help you getting your wedding day pictures. We waited for 3 hours, and not even once we had someone EVEN checking on us.
Pictures taken in about 5 minutes, but selling scam was waaaay too long, from $15 dollars you jump to $169 , just to get 5 pictures printed and your C.D , Oh... And why should I pay that much to get my cd? Why can't we get our cd and print or upload the pictures without paying a hefty price?
Bottom line..... Do not use this place, ever .
