DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!\r \r I asked them to come out to check my fridge, and get a cost estimate to fix. They came out (technician is Tim), didn't fix it (just vacuumed, didn't identify the real problem which was the thermostat), and instead broke our ice maker (while disassembling it to get to the back of the freezer), charged us over $250 (for the vacuum job), and are completely denying their technician broke our ice maker (we didn't know it was broken until Tim left, and we then had to call out his manager, Caesar, to come back out). Keep in mind that the ice maker was working just fine until the very moment Tim came and took it apart. Because it takes time for the ice to be made, we didn't realize that it wasn't working until a few hours after Tim left.\r \r So when the manager, Caesar, came to our house, he quickly identified that the thermostat needed to be replaced. But when we showed him the broken ice maker, he was very quick to deny that his technician had anything to do wi
