I am so pleased I stuck with Suburu. Not only do I love the car but I love the customer service I receive every time I go in there. I had been looking for a car and been to a few other dealerships, was not too impressed with the cars let alone some of the customer service I received. One dealership I went to I couldn't get there until a littler after 5, took 10 min for someone to come out and I asked if I could test drive, the man looked at his watch and literally told me, " Its almost after 6 so it will have to be a quick one, once you turn 60 these turn into long days." wow!
When I came to Suburu both Shawns were amazing to us! We truly appreciated everything they did. They stayed late both nights we came to test drive cars and ended up buying a car and are so pleased with our purchase.
