Today, 9/29/15, I had an outstanding experience of having a hot water heater replaced. I received a call saying Dustin would be at my house at a certain time and he was on time. I experienced two issues upon arrival. First, I picked the wrong hot water heater from Home Depot followed by discovdering since I had not used my Home Depot credit card for a while, it had been canceled for non-use. Dustin to the rescue. First he brought the hot water heater I had picked out at the store and dhe also brought another hot water heater that would work at my house. First problem out of the way. The Home Depot credit card problem became a more difficult issue but was resolved by my using another card. Dustin was very courteous throughout that ordeal noting Home Depot credit was maybe not the best choice for our transaction. The second card worked and the replacement began. The hot water heater replacement took around an hour and the work site was left clean and the hot water heater working. I should note I am an engineer and I was impressed with the way Dustin went about his tasks and his can do attitude in making my day a little better.
