Jimmy and the Power Outlet went way above and beyond to help me with warranty and non warranty repairs on a zero turn mower I had bought at Home Depot, which was nothing but trouble. After 5 years, I knew I had to buy a different mower, and wanted to get it from The Power Outlet since they had done such a great job on service for me. Jimmy helped me picked out the mower best suited to my needs and budget. He has more knowledge about the pros and cons of mowers from anyone I have spoken to, and sold me the best mower he could, not the most expensive. I got what I know to be a very good deal from Jimmy, and he even is going to repair and sell my old mower for me. No one likes to pay for repairs, but you get an honest place you can trust to do their best for you at a fair price. That's not easy to find these days.
