I've had two service from two technicians, Roci for day service (we've been working with her for years), and Oliver for new night service. Both technicians are always prompt, professional, good at what they do, and just a pleasure to deal with.
Of all the people I deal with as a business owner, they're the only ones that that arrive exactly when they say they're going to. There's never a timeframe, just a time and they'll be here 10-15 minutes before.
Both technicians have also been great at detecting pests before it becomes an issue. They always have the answer to the problem, and are so knowledgable that the bugs act exactly as they say they're going to.
I normally don't write reviews, but I've had so many great experiences with both technicians, I wanted them to be recognized.
My father started this company 12 years ago and have been using Western Exterminators. Prior to that, he had a sandwich restaurant for 15 years and used Western Extermintors. I can see why he was such a loyal customer, and I know Western Exterminators will always have my business.
