I was pretty sure what I wanted when I walked in, but I was still nervous about such as big purchase -- my first! JR was relaxed, funny, and informative -- nothing like some of the car salesman I'd been dealing with recently. He didn't push me to buy anything. He took me to exactly what I wanted and I felt like I got a good deal on a preowned, dealer-certified car. Tom, who did the financing, did everything methodically and explained every single piece of paper he handed me and asked me to sign. He also didn't push me to buy anything, even when I asked for his advice. It's a well-run and well-maintained facility. For my first new (-ish) car it was a great experience.
