I LOVE my Lexus but it was giving me a lot of issues recently (check engine light, weird noises, etc.). They gave me a brand new affordable alternator and what was nice is that they told me their labor costs are covered if there's any problems with the new parts they give you. I think that is great considering how many auto shops try and cheat you out of money.
