I'd highly recommend Michael to be your real estate agent for buying home.
In a sellers market with less inventory, it is too difficult for a buyer to get the right home at right price. Plus, if you are a first time buyer, you wouldn't be aware of the market, real estate process etc. I have heard that few agents pressurize clients to buy home even thought it might not be in the best interest for client.
Working with Michael helped us get the "right home at the right price". He knows about real estate really well. He knows what to look for in a house. He took care of the entire process - finding right home, getting the right inspectors, getting the repair done in house after inspection, helping me understand about the real estate process, and doing whatever is needed.
He responds very quickly and is very reliable. You don't need to think twice if Michael is your agent. He is friendly, calm, and understand the needs of the client really well. With Michael, I never felt any kind of pressure to buy home. Even after we got the keys, Michael has been in touch and assured for help for any guidance or information.
