Review content:
Steve, our service tech arrived on time, very polite, told us a little about what he thought it could be. He went outside to the unit, opened it up and knew imediately, took out the old part, showed it to me ,then replaced it with one he had on his truck. He was there approx 45 minutes and my unit was fixed. He did take time to examine the unit, to see what could of caused it and also located some loose wires. Not another service man has ever looked for the source of the problem. Thank you Steve Marshall for your superior knowledge of how these thing work and just for being a honest, hardworking man, who is not out to get everyone,,,\r
