Review content:
I really am not a person to even write reviews but this was not a good experience for me or my daughter. Although her situation was critical and they saw her urgently, I really wish I would have went some place else. She saw Dr. Smith who seemed to be straight out of school. He walked around with his hands on his hips like he had not a clue what to do. I understand that my daughter (11 years old with her first serious dental problem) was crying and not in a good place at the time, but as a doctor/dentist you are always taught to stay calm. He was not calm, he was not comforting to her, and he did not know what he was doing. He had to call over to her orthodontist for them to tell him what to do. He shouted at her, because as his hand was in her mouth, she was begging him to give her anymore numbing medication, she said ""I will let you"" and he took it as ""I will hit you"". He shouted at her ""Don't threaten me"". After he took that tone and approach I repeated to him what she said then he looked kind of stupid. If this situation was not urgent we would have gotten up and walked away and let him stand there all confused. I was calm at the time because I had to be for my daughter but I should have been pissed and moved on. She went to a different dentist with better patience and more experience for a second opinion to confirm that was the Ortho instructed Dr. Smith to do was done correctly by Dr. Smith. I, nor my daughter, will ever set foot back into this place because I don't ever want to see Dr. Smith again!!!
