I was also duped by this company. With the lifetime warranty which they do not honor. I had several panes of glass that needed to be replaced, I called and called the company left messages and never heard back from anyone. I guess I will now have to find someone else to replace my window panes since winter is coming and I need the glass fixed. I think I will start to get the windows replaced by a reputable company!! When hunting for new windows don't use Window Concepts of Minnesota! Monticello dissatisfied customer
