LEGAL BATTLE: We have been in a 3 year legal battle with the Ashman’s as they did not follow Georgia Code to deal with our tenant and due to that a tenant that did a large sum of damage to our property won a judgment against us. Yes we had to pay the renter for them damaging our home due to the Ashman’s negligence. The renter ran a farm out of our home and even had a blog showing goats and rabbits in our living room. They used our... view more garage apartment as a chicken hatchery. The Ashman’s did not visit the property even on lease renewals. They do not do quarterly visits like the claim in their sales pitch. They crossed them out in the lease they signed with the renters but did not tell us. Be very careful using this company to manage your property. Ultimately you are liable for any negligence they do and could be held accountable for them not knowing and following the Georgia Rental Code. Simple things like not doing the move out and move in process correctly
