Review content:
The current front office staff at this hospital is the devil to deal with;\r
Their telephone manners and assistance in trying to speak with a veterinarian regarding your animals conditon are appalling self centered and lacking any concept of customer service or ability to deal with adversity.\r
\r
The medical staff, Dr. Knighton and Wallace are some of the finest vets I have ever known and their work is the best. \r
\r
I and a client of this hospital for over 5 years, within the last six months have spent almost $15,000 for major surgery and treatment of my geriatric animals; yet my last visit, with yet another front office staff has resulted in my being asked to take my animals elsewhere. As a result of front office turnover, poor staffing and training I am made to be some ogre and asked to stay away.\r
\r
Be sure I'll do just that.
