Hello, Steve.
It isn't a normal occurrence for me to write an e-mail of this nature, but in this case, I would be remiss in not telling you how very much I appreciated everything you and Craig did to help me through a situation that - until you appeared - just seemed overwhelming.
I won't go into all of the background that led me to your services, but it was one of the luckiest days of my life to have discovered the honest, reasonable, remarkably talented persons that you are. When I looked at the list of things that needed to be done, I wanted to give up. It just didn't seem possible that it wouldn't be weeks or even months before the work could be finished. From the time I contacted "Mr. Handyman" to the discussion we had following the completion of the work - only a few days later - I became the greatest fan of the Mr. Handyman team - specifically of the team of Steve and Craig.
To make sure I'm being clear, it wasn't just that the work was done and that it was done with a level of quality that highlights your considerable talents. It was the fact that you understood my frustrations and my fears when that was all that I had. You were personable, kind,and understanding. You provided me with a sense of confidence that allowed me to take a breath and get through what I had thought was an insurmountable situation.
Although it isn't enough, "Thank You" for all that you did! I will never forget it, and hope to be able to call upon your services again.
