on (8/29/15 Deposit of $1100 given) Hired ASG to refinish, remove any stains and make repairs to a terrazzo floor. The job was to take 5 days to complete and was to start on 9/14/15. On 9/07/15 another $1100. given But Upon inspection midway, found work to be extremely poor in craftsmanship... Grinding and sanding was incomplete, many holes not filled or matched in color, incomplete crack fills and the one that was done was done with the wrong color (looks like wall compound was used, there is additional staining from chemically wet mops left on the raw floor over the weekend,the Floor had turn from white to yellow. And a broken pipe in the guest bathroom. On 9/21/15 waited at the home for workers to arrive. I told him how horribly upset we were and asked him to take his equipment out of the home. When I explained the problems he said your floor are stained from water. I said if that is the problem why were saturated mops left to lay on the floor. On 9/22/15 we met with another company that has done corrective work caused by ASG. The new estimate to correct damage caused by ASG and renew the floors as is should have been done is $3500.
