Review content:
A Chris Wilson appointment is as good as their word. They will be there, at the appointed place and appointed time...or let us know otherwise if something unavoidable comes up. Further, their dispacther/scheduler knows the business and knows where the Chris Wilson plumbers are, who to dispatch to fit the work, and when they'll be available.\r \r Chris Wilson has done several jobs for us, Monterey water tends to turn pipes into clogged rods. Each time, the serviceman showed up on time ready to go to work. And each time, the serviceman showed a level of understanding that was exemplary. The latest instance (Feb 2008), was to tackle a so-called constant temperature shower valve that hasn't worked properly since in was installed 8 years ago. And, lo a behold, the Chris Wilson serviceman discovered why, when others failed to find the problem. Turned out the extention was never tightened down properly; so it slipped every time the valve was used...throwing the ""constant temperature"" into a variable temperature. The only detraction is the Chris Wilson fixed job pricing, which means even if the service person spends way less time on a job, he or she has to charge by the job rather than the time and materials. That frequently resulted in inordinate costs for simple, short fixes.
