I did quite extensive research on boilers and contractors while my aged boiler needed to be replaced. I have contacted more than 10 contractors for quotation of my boiler replacement. I found Ideal Indoor Weather from internet search, and I eventually contracted IIW for the service for the following reasons,\r
1. Reasonable price and good recommendation for LOCHINVAR KNIGHT KBN150. KBN150 is not probably not the best on the market, but it is ranked high and has all the good features the best boiler has with better pricing and Condensing Stainless Steel Heat Exchanger\r
2. Patient and quick response to my inquiries after initial quotation\r
3. Have shown good references as well\r
4. Prior experience of knight boiler installation\r
Upon the completion of the installation, I am very satisfied with quality of work. Although it has been about 2 months, I never have any problems. In addition, Tom of IIW is always willing to do reasonable extra work that I didn?t notice or ask in the beginning.
