Review content:
I've been twice, and the facility is quite beautiful and the people are friendly, but the service is not quality. It's a bunch of little things that add up to a less than satisfactory experience. I recently brought my car in for various "campaigns" plus a regular scheduled service (oil change). When I got home I realized that they hadn't filled up the wiper fluid, despite the fact that the dashboard alert indicated low fluid (it was empty, so they also must not have tested or they would have seen that). Wiper fluid isn't such a big deal by itself, but when a dealer misses something so basic it doesn't inspire confidence that they attended to the other details properly. I've had my car in twice in a year, and neither time has it been washed or vacuumed when it was returned. The woman at the service desk--who is very nice and friendly--said that they were short staffed the last time and encouraged me to bring it back in to be washed. But for busy folks, now is the time. I have a Genesis, which costs as much as my Lexus, and at Lexus a car wash is standard, and they always have the staffing to get it done. Again, a small thing, but if Hyundai wants to compete in this market you need to step up your game. Finally, I can't figure out the policy on loaner cars or transportation. The last time I brought my car in they seemed to think I would sit in the dealership for 6 hours. When I brought up a loaner for the day, they offered a ride from their driver. But he was out on another trip, and when he came back in had to move some cars around, so I ended up waiting 45 minutes for him to show, and then he needed to drop off somebody else before dropping me off. So the whole drop off took over an hour, and I live 10 minutes away. Once again, this isn't the standard of service Hyundai can offer if it wants to compete.
