Review content:
Floorgem Services refinished my kitchen floors. I have to say, the floors look nice but it took them an extra two visits and even with those, the floor is not perfect. They were very kind and came back when I told them you could see the brush strokes in the floor. Twice, they came to fix them and I gave up after that ... I figured they would eventually blend in. Again, they were very nice and seemed competent. They put in hard wood floors in my upstairs and I was completely happy with that. I'll tell you my biggest red flag that should have kept me from having them refinish my floors. I have a baby grand piano in the room to be refinished. They wanted to move it out on my screen in porch while they did the floors! A wood piano outside with 90 degree weather and high humidity. I said absolutely not. Overall I am content with the job but not overjoyed.
