I have learned so much about fitness and health in the last two months! I have developed healthier eating habits and am on an exercise routine that works great for me! Vision Quest was the kick start that I needed and I am so glad that I decided to give them a chance to help me change my ways! I was one of those people that thought I could do it on my own but when time and time again that didnt work, I decided to try out VQ and their team. I work with a trainer once a week and that really helps me stay on track and I have found the staff there to be very knowledgeable. I come in with questions all the time and someone is always able to help me! I have learned a lot and it is obviously what I needed because I have not felt this great in years!!!
