Review content:
We purchased three appliances over two months ago. One was know to be broken before placed on installers truck, and the other was discovered to be broken after installed. We still have not received replacements for either of these appliances and have been without stove or oven for months now. The installation crew even took our working stovetop and refused to put it back in when the new one didn't work. Customer service lies to get me off the phone or hangs up on me when I try to find out when I can expect my appliances.
