Destroyed and abused our stuff. This is the worst experience we’ve ever had with a moving company. The owner made promises that were not kept and he’s not complying with FMCSA regulations. He has not provided insurance information or details on the arbitration process which is required by law. The majority of our boxes were smashed, crushed and destroyed. Some were opened and re-taped. Wardrobe boxes were crushed to half their size and all of our dress clothes were thrown in a pile at the bottom of the box. Many furniture pieces were ruined. They have various dents, cracks, scrape marks/scratches and stains. Bed braces to hold up the box springs and mattress were damaged and others were not reinstalled correctly. Inventory was done at initial load but not after leaving storage or at destination. We received items that are not ours and are missing several items (we’re still taking manual inventory of things).
