Review content:
The good: They were very good at explaining what is going on with the car, and what services are necessary and which ones can wait. Also, I appreciate that they gave me 10% off on labor and 10% off on parts and kept the price reasonable. The Bad: First, I noticed on their website, that they offer a "make appointment" on-line, so I did that, but three days went by and I never heard a word from them. So that part of their website is not meant to be taken seriously. Secondly, they stress numerous times on their website that they offer free courtesy vehicles, yet when I called Monday morning to request one, I was told they didn't have any available. Finally, I was told as they were working on my car, that it would be ready by the end of the day. When it got to be 5:10 and I hadn't heard anything, I decided I better call and see what was going on. When I called (this is during business hours) no one answered, so I left a message. No one responded to my message. I called again, no one answered. Apparently they all went home and were going to now keep my car overnight, yet no one informed me of that. That is very unprofessional. I was counting on having my car that night as they told me I would have it. And why does no one answer the phone during business hours or respond to messages left during business hours? How nice it would have been for someone to call me, inform me that it was taking longer than expected, and offer me a courtesy car that they brag about having on their website.
