Kudos to Cal-Pac for doing just what they said they'd do This was our first experience having a new roof installed, and we are very happy with how things went. We were warned by friends and neighbors that getting a new roof can be a nightmare, and heard lots of horror stories, so we were fearing the worst while hoping for the best. We got 2 estimates and while Cal-Pac's bid was a touch more than the other one, we felt comfortable with the estimator, Tony, and the fact that we'd been seeing them do work in our neighborhood for a few years. The only hitch we ran into was a little unexpected dry rot, but they handled it quickly and without making a big deal out of it or charging us a lot money, and from there it was pretty smooth sailing until the finished product. The roof looks great, made it through the rains last weekend with flying colors, and I would happily be a reference for them and recommend that anyone needing a new roof get in touch with them.
