Businiess name:  Cal Pac Roofing

Review content:
Two years ago Cal Pac Roofing in San Mateo, CA replaced my roof. They removed the old roof down to the plywood and then re-shingled.\r \r I recently noticed dry rot under the eaves. Cal Pac sent an inspector who said that:\r The damage is extensive. The plywood on the roof is damaged from the edge back at least 2 feet.\r This much damage would have happened over many years.\r \r The Cal Pac Manager told me that this type of damage is a 'problem because it slows down the roofing job.' Which, to me, means they have good reason to try to ignore it. He agreed that the damage would have taken many years to happen. But I have to prove they saw the damage before Cal Pac will take any responsibility.\r \r What ever roofer you use be home and up there watching while they do the work. Take pictures.
