Chateau poochie dog hotel and spa went beyond my expectations. I booked my 8 month old puppy for a 2 week stay. It was hard for me to part but the staff comforted me and made sure to communicate with me daily on my puppy and how he was doing. I looked at so many places and nothing compared to how beautiful, clean and intriguing the facilty was. The grooming blew me away. It was like a full service salon. This was a solid experience and I'm booking again for thanksgiving and new year holidays. I love the manager attention to details. Reminds me if how particular I am. Very satisfied 5 stars
