I had a very bad experience here. The first thing that I noticed as someone else pointed out, that the hygenistist didn't wash his or her hands. Nor did the main guy who poke around in my mouth. The main guy who was in his late 60's or early 70's really didn't seem like a patient person. He also did not care to listen to my questions, just nodded his head and kept saying "ok, alright, etc"\r

Before the procedure he had instead of carefully inserting the needle to give me Novocaine into my mouth, he jerked and stabbed the inside of my mouth. I don't know if this was accidental or intentional, he never explained when I asked. I asked him not to do that, and he simply told me "im trying to work"\r

So when I tried to get up, he held me down. Or at least attempted to. That doesn't fly with me. I got up, and left. A few days later I get a phone call, from the receptionist saying she has rescheduled my appointment. Now wait. She has rescheduled my appointment without my permission or knowle
