in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful

Review content:
I took my car in for a muffler. They agreed, the car needed a rear muffler and indicated I needed to set up an appointment. We agreed on a date and time. I brought my car in at the appointed time and I was told they didn't have the muffler and that it would have to be ordered and should be in the next day. No problem. I can live with a little miscommunication, I called the next day (because they never called me back) and left a message asking if they could please let me know if/when I should plan to bring my car in. Three days later, they call and indicate my muffler is in. I said I'll be right over. I show up and they proceed to tell me they have the wrong muffler.
We're done! I have wasted enough of my time and gas. G & S does not deserve to be in business.
