They were busy that night. January 21 2008 around 10 pm. I took Otis in because of vomiting and worrying about him dehydrating. First they had us wait..then the "doctor" came in and told us we should put him down he's "old". Otis was 13.(I lost a 15 year old lab to cancer a few years ago) I had 2 estimates for tests, then 1 for treatment,then asked to pay before they could do anything. Meanwhile Otis lay back there somewhere dehydrating, and in pain for over 2 hours.The staff lacked any compassion. The "doctor" was no different. After paying out over $4000.00 the bottom line is Otis died the next morning. Noone could tell me what was wrong with him, after all the tests, xrays, and the suffering they put him through. Otis had just been at home that morning drinking water, but vomiting. No blood, no nothing that would indicate something serious. Over and over they tried to convince me to have him put down. With no explanation of anything he might even have wrong with him. I said I wanted
