Review content:
Went in for some information regarding the various types of pools with the intent on having one installed in the fall/winter this year. Was treated very poorly from the moment we got there. The ""sales"" rep's only concern was money. Do we have it, cause if we dont we wouldn't be able to get it. He ""profiled"" us as people without the means to afford this sort of luxury. Stated that if we did not have 80% equity in our house, we would not be able to obtain a loan. Blah, Blah, Blah...Maybe their technicians are great, but we will never know...there are plenty of pool companies in the south interest in business in the off season. Maybe we should have drove the vette and left the truck at home, we might have had a different outcome....ya think? Pros: None that we are aware of Cons: Really Poor Customer Skills
