I?ll start by saying I was previously employed by The Water Man during my college years before I moved on to pursue my career. The owners of the store Craig and Nadine are ?A? class people that will go out of their way to try and help their customers. Please understand that their employees are for the most part high school guys working part time filling water bottles and helping customers carry salt and heavy equipment to their vehicles and don?t have a deep understanding on how the equipment works. On the other hand, if you ask to see one of the store owners they would more than likely be willing to help. They have been for many years in the business and there is very little they have not experienced already. I believe by dealing directly with them you will find it to be a pleasurable experience on what could be a headache trying to bring clean water to your home.
