If I could I would give Molly Maid of Northwest Cook County a 2-1/2 star rating instead of 3. I'll update my review in a few weeks. We are new customers of Molly Maid of Northwest Cook County since May 4, 2012. We have them clean every other week. The person that came out to our home to do the estimate was very professional and we think we got a fair price from Molly Maid compared to other cleaning services. The cleaning service has been okay so far, nothing spectacular. I'm sure the staff spends the minimal amount of time doing the cleaning and works extremely quickly so they can move onto the next home. On this last cleaning we had some damage to our home. The glass in a picture frame was broken and where the picture frame hit our Pergo floor there is a sizable chip knocked out. The picture frame was on a 2nd story loft ledge and the frame fell all the way to the first floor so there was quite an impact when the picture frame hit the floor. The other issue is a wall that is marked up from a wall mounted picture frame that was scraped along the wall as it was dusted/cleaned. When I came home there was a message from Molly Maid about the broken picture frame glass, but nothing was said about the damage to our floor. Molly Maid has the picture frame and will replace the broken glass. I told them about the damage to our floor and they said they will send someone out to take a look at the damage. I'll post an updated review once this situation is settled and our picture frame and floor are repaired. I'm hoping that the scuff marks on the wall can be cleaned once Molly Maid takes a look at the wall.
