Russell Sr., is a great, very hard working man. However, Russ Jr. is a completely disorganized and is willing to look you in eyes, shake your hand on a deal. I found Russell Jr on LinkedIn, as a retired Career Manager PRESENTATION AND BEING HONEST IS EVERYTHING TO A BUSINESS. However, Jr. is very willing to push the little people aside and take a higher paying new contracts. Jr. would never call me and would tell the office worker that he was not available when I called regarding time frame. He and I agreed on the job price, then shook my hand and told me his brother would be here in a week. Month after, month after month, after my calls for 4 months later I called Russell Jr., to explained to I had spoke to the banker and Taylor had broke the contract and so was I and was told Russell Jr was on another call and would called me back. Within 5 minute a very frantic yelling at me that I could not leave him hanging he just ordered $10 K for my home and that a crew would be here on Monday. Russell Sr. Drove from St. Louis through the night leaving another job to cover for the Russell Jr CEO.
Please KNOW Russell Sr. Is a very honest hard worker! I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT RUSSELL SR AND HIS CREW. However, the CEO Russell Jr. is not honorable, he is unorganized and is willing to brake a hand shake AND a written contract to string the smaller home owner for to take a newer jobs for more money.
