We arrived to pick up our dog, and initially the paperwork was mixed really mixed up. After about 30 minutes of stalling, they finally pulled up our paperwork and the charges began to go up. The price we were originally quoted, was actually doubled, by the misrepresentation that we picked the "silver package". The only mention, when our dog was left, was "Did we want our dog walked". Of course we said yes. Our little yorkie wound up costing nearly $400 for one week. We tried to explain there was no mention of a "silver package": but without avail. Unfortunately we will not be taking our dog back Ask questions, and get it in writing, or you may have a very unpleasant surprise, with your bill, post a great vacation!!
Again, a very unfortunate situation where their assumption cost us double.
