My experience:\r
In a nutshell, myself and 2 friends were left stranded on New Years Eve 2011 in Santa Ana until 4am in the morning. We paid for a round trip town car service, we were only dropped off at the destination, never picked up. Jason the representative that was suppose to pick us up told me that he was 15 mins away and never showed up. He started ignoring my calls to his cell phone and we had no transportation for 2 hours until we found a taxi to drop us back off in Long Beach. Jason, the CEO of the company offered a complementary limo ride for not picking me and my friends up on New Years Eve after I paid for both ways and tipped the driver. I set the complementary limo ride for 1/14/12 for a pick-up in Long Beach at 11:30am (which we confirmed by text and email) and pick-up at 5pm. \r

On 1/14/12, Anytime Limousine and Sedan was 20mins late and I called Jason's cell ph
