Im normally not a guy that takes time to write reviews, however I felt I need to get this one out there. These guys are GREAT. I have a 3400sq ft 2story house with a wrap around porch, all with a green metal roof that had never been cleaned before. The roof has a pretty steep pitch to it. Roof has 14 years of mold, pollen, etc crusted on there, so the finish was dingy and dull. After a few unsuccessful attempts at pressure washing it was obvious that that it needed to be brushed to bring back the shine. First off, it was hard to find anyone that even wanted to do this work due to the fact that you cant really walk on metal roofs while you're cleaning it and most house cleaning companies only work with pressure or soft wash techniques. These guys (2 man crew) actually came out and brushed the entire roof surface until they got it clean. It took them all day and the results were great. Not only that, their price was cheaper than other quotes I had! The crew was courteous, prompt and overall awesome in that they wouldn't leave unless I was satisfied.
Oh, and the owner.....they originally gave me a quote back in Feb and I decided to get the work done in March before I had the house painted the following week. So I called them. left a message, saying I was ready to schedule the work based on the original quote and that I was getting the house painted the following week....could they fit me in? The owner calls me back the same day - FROM THE HOSPITAL - saying sure they can fit me in. Said he was bored and wanted out of there so was handling some office work. Good grief man! take it easy! Had me scheduled within two days...
Overall, you cant beat the fact that these guys actually HAND BRUSH your house instead of using a pressure washer. Doesn't wreck things, get into creases, blow out caulking, etc. I would definitely recommend them and will be using dirbusters for any exterior cleaning project.
